You can read a great deal of information on the web about nutrition but trying to make sense of it all can leave you bewildered and confused. This is where my five step approach comes into its own.

I will share with you a simple approach which is based on common sense and will provide you with a plan which you can adopt, step by step, to significantly improve your knowledge of this critical aspect of weight control. It is really important to understand that losing weight and the loss of fat are two different things and my advice and support will guide you sensibly to achieve your goals. Research into this area indicates that many people fail to manage their nutritional requirements to support their goals, simply because they are overwhelmed by the advice and make too many changes at the start and lose heart. My approach isn’t like this and if you follow my advice my changes will become habit forming for you and within a short space of time your improvements will be clear for all to see.
