Firstly, let me dispel a myth that personal training is only for elite athletes – This is not the case Personal Training is for any individual who wants to achieve an end result or outcome. So firstly I would like to congratulate you on taking positive action to find my website and seek out further information on getting into your best shape ever. My part in your journey, is to create a personal training plan based on the initial consultation which will identify your training goals. This program will be unique to you and will be results focused and together we will track your progress.

Your workout program will be easily structured for you to follow and will be reviewed and modified on a regular basis based on how your body adapts to your new way of training and how many sessions you choose to do each week. We will go through some tough physical times together and your body will ache. In addition there will be psychological challenges and real life hurdles along the way but with your commitment and dedication and my motivation and straight forward advice we will achieve you goals.
